Ralentir, c'est renforcer. Cette séance va travailler tes muscles en profondeur, et ça, ça ne peux pas être précipité. Les positions des planches latérales vasisthasana et du bateau navasana vont notamment t'y aider. Aujourd'hui on ralentis pour mieux ressentir.
